• Feza Gürsey Institute and Imperial College International Summer School and research workshop on Complexity Istanbul 5-10 September 2011
  The summer school will emphasise the application of statistical mechanics and network theory to problems not traditionally studied as part of statistical physics. The aim of the meeting is through a set of introductory lectures to familiarise participants with quantitative mathematical methods, which will then be applied to current hot topics in complexity science. To achieve this the meeting will consists of two and a half day of general introductory level lectures at the level of first year graduate courses. This part will be followed by two and a half day of research workshop, including a number of invited seminars plus a set of contributed talks.
  
  
• Complexity and Networks series at Imperial.
  Seminars and one-day meetings series held as part of the Centre for Complexity Science and the Complexity and Networks programme at Imperial. (This used to be part of the Institute for Mathematical Sciences programme).

  Next one day meeting is on Social Dynamics - Collective decision making on Wednesday 1st June 2011, in the Gabor Seminar Room, room 611 of the Electrical and Electronic Engineering Dept Building at Imperial College (South Kensington, SW7 2BS London; Lat. 51.498973 Long -0.176307). The meeting is open to everyone, just register for free in advance.

  An informal series of meetings on the mathematics used to investigate networks organised by Keith Briggs (BT) and Richard Clegg (University College London).
  
  
• COxIC - Complexity at Oxford and Imperial College

  A regular series of meetings involving researcher interested in Complexity from Oxford and Imperial College. The workshops mainly consist of short, informal talks given by young researchers (PhD students and post-docs).
