Reimbursement is likely to be at the level:

Flat rate contribution towards accommodation: 225 Eur.

No local travel amount. No taxis.

Travel will be reimbursed up to a maximum of 300 Eur (with receipts). 

Participants must stay for the whole workshop to be eligible.

Announcement of awards for reimbursement: 15 August

Funding is limited and COST will not be able to cover all participants' expenses. Therefore we ask that participants also seek alternative sources of funding.

Participants may still apply after the deadline but to be eligible for reimbursement they must apply by 6th August
