Information

The meeting will take place in Lecture Theatre 2, level 1, Blackett Laboratory. The main entrance is on Exhibition Road. A map of the campus can be found here.

We will start with coffee at 9:30 in the main lobby of Blackett, with discussion starting at 10:30 in LT2, and aim to head to the pub around 16:00.

We plan to have a couple of keynote talks but otherwise, in keeping with the original spirit of UKCosmo meetings, there will be no formal schedule. If you would like to contribute please plan to give a short (10-15 minute) blackboard presentation only. It must be aimed at encouraging discussion on broad topics as opposed to presenting specific research results.

There is no registration fee, and financial support for travel is available provided it is preauthorised by the chair of UK Cosmology (for preauthorisation of travel funds please email Tony Padilla – Antonio.Padilla@nottingham.ac.uk – with an estimate of your travels costs, we ask that you look for the lowest suitable fares). Reimbursement can be obtained after the event as per the instructions here.
